Mike has seen it all. Having managed a cannabis processing sales team before co-founding AGMS, Mike has designed over 100 extraction and refinement labs and has stepped foot in over five times as many. He draws on his experience while leveraging his vast network of OEMs and distributors to find customers the right solutions for the right applications to fit any budget. Mike always has his ear to the ground in search of new technologies.
AARON GODIN, M.Sc.
Co-founder / Applications Science
Having built and managed a Health Canada licensed cannabis analytical testing lab before founding both Applied Science and GMP departments with one of the world’s largest extraction OEM manufacturers, Aaron brings the science. He uses a data driven approach to process-optimization, helping customers maximize efficiencies, repeatability, and ultimately, profits. Aaron is also an expert in technical writing, having authored many SOPs, work instructions, qualification documents, license applications, magazine articles and peer-reviewed scientific journal articles. Aaron holds an M.Sc. from the University of British Columbia.
MATT SCHEMENAUER, B.SC.
Co-founder / Equipment Specialist
The handy man. Matt has worked with just about every type of extraction and refinement technology in the market today. He has commissioned, serviced, or performed training on over 300 different pieces of equipment from various manufacturers across North America, South America, and Europe. Matt can fix anything. Literally. He holds a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia.
HUNTER LE BLANC, CPA, CMA, CIM
Chief Financial Officer
Hunter’s extensive experience in data analytics and keen eye for detail makes him the idea CFO. His experience includes being VP of Finance for a large asset-management company, but he now oversees all aspects of finance and administration for AGMS Solutions, holding CPA, CMA, and CIM designations. Hunter’s broad financial background spans across numerous industries, from real-estate to food production, and everything in-between.
